We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
3. Third-Party Services
We share data with these third-party services to operate the platform:
- Anthropic, OpenAI, xAI, Google, Perplexity — domains you search are sent to these AI providers to generate competitor lists
- SpyFu — domains are sent to SpyFu for SEO/PPC competitor data
- Stripe — processes payments; governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy
4. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Search history is retained for 12 months. You may export or delete your data at any time from Account Settings.
5. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights including:
- Access — Request a copy of your data (Account Settings → Export Data)
- Deletion — Delete your account and associated data (Account Settings → Delete Account)
- Correction — Update inaccurate information (Account Settings → Profile)
- Portability — Export your data in JSON format

6. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication (JWT tokens stored in localStorage, not cookies). We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
7. Security
Passwords are hashed using bcrypt. API keys are hashed in storage. Data is transmitted over HTTPS. We do not store payment information — Stripe handles all payment data.
8. Children
The Service is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
9. Changes
We will notify you by email of material changes to this policy. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
